The job role of Master Technician is our most senior vehicle technician position. You will be working in a fast-paced environment on almost every make and model of vehicle. Fault-finding, repairing and/or replacing vehicle components will be your forte. You will liaise with our Service Advisors and customers reporting back on the fault, the cause and required repair / replacement needed to rectify it. No two days will be the same.
Our Master Auto-Care Technicians work independently and provide support and guidance to the rest of the Workshop team. They are well-respected and highly-competent and experienced members of our business.
What are we looking for?
Suitable candidates will possess a UK Driving Licence, have excellent organisational skills, will be strong communicators and will possess the skills to deliver an accurate, timely and professional service.
Excellent attention to detail skills are essential.
Flexible working hours available, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays (half-day).
Salary: £30,000-40,000 (dependant on experience) per annum plus bonus.
